Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center provides physical therapy as prescribed by your physician. A thorough evaluation is initiated during your first appointment. During this process, the plan of care and the most effective treatment interventions are identified. As a result, a timely recovery is achieved.

Physical therapy treatments may include manual therapy in conjunction with therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education to prevent re-occurrence. A customized home exercise program will be developed by your physical therapist.

Benefits include pain reduction, increased range of motion, improved function and flexibility, and increased ability to manage the problem with daily activities.
