Manual Therapy
Is a specialized form of physical therapy delivered with hands as opposed to a device or machine. In manual therapy,
the physical therapist utilizes their hands and skill to apply pressure on pressure points, and mobilize soft tissue and joints in an attempt to decrease pain and increase range of motion.
Traditional Physical Therapy

Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy can be utilized for a broad range of both orthopedic and neurologic dysfunction. Both shallow and deep water exercises create therapeutic opportunities
that can be challenging as well as soothing and relaxing.
